Allow who receives invite through Outlook Calendar Integration

It would be good if the RTO can decide on who receives invites when using the Outlook Calendar integration.

For example, we would prefer to just use it internally for trainers to have their Outlook calendar linked, but it is also sending an invite to the event owner, which is not preferred.
