Bulk update learning plan module settings

If there was a place in the overall Learning Plan settings where you could change the settings for all the modules in that learning plan. It is very annoying to have to go into every single module one-by-one and change a setting (like auto-commencing linked units) which it makes sense would either be turned on or off for the entire learning plan.

  Yes, this would be great and makes sense to ensure you haven't accidentally missed something on one module
