VSN Reporting

Hi aXcelerate,

We are required to report to the Victorian government when any students under the age of 25 are undertaking vocational education and training (VET). Thank you for the VSN Reporting functionality, which allows us to generate and upload VSNs to students' profiles.

However, we have noticed some issues with the accuracy of the built-in report. It would be greatly improved by:

• Excluding students with a blank date of birth, as they are currently being included in the report.

• Excluding students whose enrolment/booking status is cancelled.

At the moment, a significant amount of manual data cleaning is required to make the report valid for VSN submission. Enhancements in these areas would be extremely helpful.
