Removing Onboarding Forms from withdrawn students

Currently there is no ability to remove an onboarding form from the Form Builder list. When Onboarding was in its infancy and we were testing quite a bit, we enrolled and withdrew "students" - without first removing the Onboarding Form from the enrolment. Therefore we are left with many students who started onboarding but didn't continue in their course which was subsequently deleted.

It would be great for a Super Admin to have the ability to remove these forms from the Form Builder list?
