System for units with multiple assessments- High risk work

It would be very helpful to have a method for delivering a HRWL where the student might be competent for the unit (so issued SOA), but still needs to undertake the NAI, and might need more than one attempt (often billed). while this can be done as a separate class, the system gets really hard to deal with for non-unit sessions.
