Update the filter views and search fucntions in learning plans

Can we please have the full qualification details available in filters?  We have a few different qualifications (same qual) but different streams setup for ease of packaging and it is difficult to see which stream or version we are selecting in the filters.

Also older quals that are marked as inactive, can we please auto archive learning plans for these and also remove the qualification from the filters list? 

Also, we use Qual codes as a way of naming our LPs. When you search for a code the results don't filter down well. Please look at the search fucntionality to improve this.

This would save so much time.

  Yes, we have the exact same problem and have just been perservering for the last few years. But as we add more learning plans over time, the problem is compounding.
  
  Both issues described by James affect us in the exact same way.
