move (not link) assessments to a different intake / instance.
We feel it would be extremely beneficial to have the ability to move an assessment from once instance to another. I'm not talking about linking, actual moving and making it part of another instance or intake.
Currently we have 10's of thousands of assessment instances due to the complexity of our assessments, and qualifications. This often means that assessments will be stated I one workshop and completed in another resulting in multiple instances. ideally, we would keep it all in a single qualification intake, but as our qualification have 9 streams, this isn't always possible as the trainer would need to flick between several qualifications for grading.
we are moving towards workshops linked back to the qual that will solve this problem moving forward, however there are many legacy (as stated 10's of thousands) assessments that need moving, as well as future proofing issues such as this.
