Add timezone as a dynamic field that can be added to templates

It would be good if Timezone could be added as a dynamic field that can be added to templates so that we can make sure the correct information is sent to students.

We had an issue where the QLD timezone was written in a template, but the workshop was being held in NSW daylight savings time, and so there was confusion over when it was starting.
