Bulk Action Contact Notes - Linked email request

Our RTO is currently utilising Axcelerate contact notes to track any changes that are provided to a students delivery of changes. These notes are emailed at the time of writing the Axcelerate note to other staff members that may need to undertake further actions as a result of this change.

We are, however, having issues with situations where we write a note that affects more than one student in a class. When it is an individual student, it comes through with the student's name and a link. When it is linked to multiple contacts, it comes through with a number of contacts and no name.

Is there a way for Axcelerate to alter this so that all the students name appear in the email with the 'bulk' note that was sent?

  Totally agree, the email option is not useful if the recipient can't see who the student is the note is referring to.
