Option to include calendar events in Utilisation report

Would be worthwhile having the option to display calendar events a trainer is allocated against for the utilisation report.

Ideally we'd like to see something that shows everything a trainer is allocated against, and this could be a tentative event, or we need to see they are assigned a leave event, just so we can better understand the utilisation figures.

The alternative will be creating workshops to get these sort of items to show on the report, but this is not ideal as it's additional work.
