Sessions report in addition to session bookings report

Like we have a workshops report in addition to a workshop bookings report, I think it would be beneficial to have a general sessions instance report for us to verify data.

As an example, for our home sites, I would like to go through and identify that all sessions have been allocated to a classroom (can vary session to session, so not applicable at a workshop level).

We can kind of get this information from the sessions bookings report, but it relies on having a student being booked into the related workshop. Some client/in-house workshops we may not have a student listing up front.

This would also be good for trainers and equipment by workshop.

As an aside, it would be great if we could do custom fields against sessions (which could feed through to a sessions report), although I understand this will be more tricky to implement.
