Send an email to anyone

It would be great if we could "copy in" someone who is not a company administrator. Or be able to send an email to someone without creating them as a contact first. It is rather frustrating having to add contacts all the time. When I "cc" a contact from an organisation, I want them to see the email address of the student but presently they just get their own copy of the email so it can sometimes be hard for them to know exactly which student it is when the email just has a first name so i just want to use the "copy in" function that gives them that information.
