Adding Alternative email to basic details
It would be helpful if a learner was able to update their alternative email address in their learner portal profile settings.
We have school students that list their school email which bounces back when emailing from aXcelerate. Being able to update an alternative email will ensure that sending out Certificates will go to an email account that the learner has access to.

Hi Janine,
This is definitely possible for learners to add their alternative email address in the learner portal.
For the option to be available, students must be able to update their VET details by enabling the setting "Learners can update VET details" within 'Learner Portal & App Settings' found in System Settings.

I understand that you may not wish students to be able to update other fields within this section, to which we'd appreciate your input and details about why your RTO may not want these details to be updateable by learners.
