Funded Trainee/Apprentice in Victoria - funding allocation

Hi there,

How are RTOs in Victoria managing funding allocations for trainee/apprentices changing employer without using multiple funding allocations?

Other SMS providers have ways to manage the AVETMISS reporting to avoid doubling/tripling up - has anyone managed this in aXcelerate?
