Workflow workshop statuses do not align with booking statuses
Current workshop statuses include likes of approved, booked, cancelled, commenced, completed, disapproved, invoiced, moved, replaced, replied, surveygroup, tentative and waitlised.
The statuses for workshop tasks in workflow appear to align with classes - enrolled, transferred, completed, tentative and cancelled (along with an all option).
I think these should align to avoid confusion.
As an example, we have a workflow task that is set to email workshop students with a status of enrolled. Prior to the trigger, three students were cancelled out of the course, but they still were captured in the workflow. I'm not sure if this was just a glitch, or if because being cancelled from a workshop doesn't align with the workflow status of cancelled.

Oh my - yes!! I have been struggling with workflowing RSVP's, reminders, updates etc based on whether someone is attending or not.
If someone can't come and is 'cancelled' key status, then I want the reminder emails workflow to exclude that status (for example).
PLEASE add the key student status as a condition to the workflow engine for workshop template - PLEASE -
Team - any chance of an update on this feature? We need a status condition in the workflow engine so we can target our workshop templates to students based on their booking status.
I can't send RSVPs out because it continues to spam students who have said they can't attend (cancelled) and conversely, I cant target "booked" that haven't confirmed attendance ("Approved") for example.
I also note that we can't even create report row events for this as the filters in the workshop bookingt ype a) dont have the booking status as a filter! b) the other status filters only have 'include' not 'exclude! So I cant create a report to exclude 'Approved' or 'Cancelled' for example to trigger a workflow to send to those that haven't yet RSVP'd.
