Include the ability to sms workplace supervisors

Can we please add the ability to include a workplace supervisor in an SMS? 

At present we can only inlcude them in an email, although we have to manually fdind their email address to add them (this needs updating too).

It would be high;ly beneficial and improve workflow immensley if we could simply select to inlcude any associated employer or supervisor contact relevant to the student so they are informed of all communications with the student.

Particularly useful for organisaing workplace visits and confirming student rostering/attendance for these.
