Merging duplicate aXcelerate accounts while student is completing an assessment
If a student creates a new aXcelerate account for our class, but already has an account, we only notice when processing their enrolment form after the class has started.
We would need to merge the two accounts, but this will kick the student out of our system and likely lock them out, as the student often no longer has access to the old account.
It would help if we could select, when merging, which account to keep (the most recently created one). That way they can continue with their class and learning materials uninterrupted.
