Workshop/shortcourse note field that can be viewed in Client Portal (not just internally)

We run workshops (short courses) for clients and provide a PDF document back to the client on the training that took place for their organisation. It would also be useful to put some comments on each unique workshop for the client. We are setting up a client portal and it would be super useful for the clients to see these documents and notes when looking at the workshop course records. We can attach these PDFs internally via a note but as they are internal, they don't appear in the client portal.

Could we have a client note field for our workshops that is not just internal and will show up in the client portal? This field could have a disclaimer like "clients users can see these notes".

Also it would be useful for clients to see upcoming public courses in the client portal calendar and spots available (not enrolments from other organisations - just theirs) so they can book their people on this type of training.
