New Learner onboarding

Hi

We have implemented the new learner onboarding process using both accredited and non-accredited EFs. However, we've identified an issue where the generated PDF does not include any of the custom fields. We have added the privacy notice and learner declaration as a custom field however this means that they are not reflected in the final PDF. As a result, we lack documented evidence that these items were presented to the learner and that they have acknowledged and agreed to them.  How is everyone else plugging this gap ?

  Thanks for the feedback. Great news, we are currently in the process of ensuring custom fields are included in the PDF form capture of Learner Onboarding forms. Keep an eye on release notes in the New Year for this one!

  It’s great that aXcelerate offers the flexibility to create custom fields; however, it would be even more valuable if these fields could function dynamically within the generated learner PDFs, as suggested here. The intention of creating custom fields is to capture and display key learner information where it’s needed — including evidence of declarations and acknowledgements. Supporting this enhancement would help ensure both compliance and completeness of learner records. We also built some custom fields to help us identify/and prepare for any special circumstances, so this would be helpful to review when preparing for a course. Thanks for your consideration.

  Berni I have also raised that with aXcelerate!! Super urgent that this gets a priority fix!!!
