Learner portal linked to other RTO

HI!!

Is there an easy way for students to login to the learner portal when they already have an account with another RTO for another course?

 

Currently finding it difficult for them to login when we send then login details.

  Hey Lani,

  If the user clicks on their profile icon from the Learner Portal homepage - if they are linked to more than 1 RTO, the drop-down list should allow them to toggle between their accounts for each RTO.

  With that said - I vote your idea up, and have suggested to aXcelerate in the past that there are potentially improvements to be had with the user experience for this use case.  A suggested example could be that once the user has logged in, the first interface they see shows the logos of the RTOs linked to their account, and asks the user to select which account they want to log into.

  Agree, we still have issues with new learners that have an existing account with aX with another RTO and when we send them a user creation email they struggle.
