Add tools/fields to allow an activity agreement to be sent
We'd like trainers to start using the activities function directly for workplace visits, but to ensure compliance/verification at an audit, we still want a document signed by a supervisor saying the visit took place.
Ideally we'd want this to be sent off via workflow to avoid admin manual handling. Basically at X time after the activity is entered in against an enrolment, the supervisor would get an agreement emailed to them and the agreement will say the trainer visited on this date at this time and put in the notes of what was discussed (ideally list the units checked as well) to which the supervisor signs off confirming the visit occurred.
Not sure this functionality already exists or not.
