Allow manual updates to mark a Public Workshop as FULL

We would like the ability to manually make a public workshop FULL.

We have grouped workshops and often a workshop within this group might have 0 people booked but the other workshops are full, so we want to be able to manually update it so all workshops in the group show as full so no one can book in to the group when we are already at capacity.

  Hi Pip,

  We use group workshops as well, however, we have a system on our website set up so it calculates all the numbers in the group workshop to prevent participants from booking in if the group has reached the limit.

  I'm sure you'd be aware, but just in case, a workaround could be to change the MAX number of the individual workshops to 0, to prevent participants from enrolling into the specific courses:

  Thanks Matthew, I find if we have 0 booked and the max is set at 0 it doesn't give the status on the workshop as full but perhaps it might still prevent people booking online, we will have to wait and see once we turn it on. I guess another option is to create a dummy contact that we can enrol to then be able to set the workshop as full, but that will of course look like we have an extra person booked when we actually don't so not entirely ideal.
