    Hey Sai,

Do you think this would have any concerns of people understanding of who needed to action a followup?

The main purpose for having a single assignee for a task in my mind is that its very clear who needs to action something and when.

Is the purpose of assigning to multiple people that it could be actioned by any of those people?

    Thanks,
    Jack

    Hi Jack,

Some of these tasks need to be linked to specific groups. For example, a task such as completing enrolment data is assigned to the Specific group, meaning it can be completed by any member within that group.

Similarly, if a task is assigned to the "Admin Team," any team member with that role can action it. This approach ensures flexibility and continuity in task completion, especially when multiple users share the same responsibilities.

    Kind regards,
    Sai
