Learning Plan Settings for Rolling Enrolments

It is frustrating that the workshops feature allows for rolling enrolments but the learning plans don't seem to have many or any settings that make rolling enrolments easier. Scheduling rules based on commencement date assume that units will be delivered in the same order, and setting learning plan dates within a class seems to throw up errors when using the rolling enrolments feature. 

It would be great to have similar features that the Class Timetabling feature has - meaning, being able to set up different learning plan schedule dates for different groups, and assign dates to those. 

Also, please fix the issue where the using the rolling enrolments feature along with the learning plan makes the commencement date disappear.
