Workshop Status - ability to edit as we need

Workshop Status option really needs to give us the ability to edit, add/remove and adjust colours based on our own requirements. An overall status setting should also be attached to a "group' workshop series.

Having these options would assist many RTO's to customise calendar events for their specific needs, increasing productivity
