Trainer Permissions: "Send SMS" Templates

Trainers currently have access to "Send Agreement" templates. I’m requesting that the same access be provided for "Send SMS" templates. At the moment, only admin users can send templated SMS.

Trainers would use this function for:

• Booking training sessions

• Sending session reminders

• Reminding learners to sign documents (e.g. training plans)

• Following up on overdue assessments

• Missed call follow-ups

• Notifying learners when a unit has been marked competent

This would save time and improve communication with learners.
