Work Based Learning - Add a Second Placement Block

We require a student to undertake 3 placement blocks during 1 class enrolment. There's currently no function to add multiple placements to 1 enrolment. And no function to add multiple placements for 1 student to 1 host employer if they want to return to the same workplace. These added functions would allow us to use the WBL space.

  We also have students who have multiple placements with one employer. You can make this work by changing the dates on the original placement but this causes the start dates to be incorrect.

  The function of adding  repeating placements with the same employer with the correct dates is one of our biggest issues.
