Request to add a filter to exclude archived files from the TAE Evidence section

We have noticed that even when we archive files in the TAE Evidence section, they still appear in the reports and also trigger reminder emails through the workflow. We would like to understand how we can resolve this issue, as my understanding is that once a file is archived, it should no longer appear in the report.

I hope in the future aX can consider adding a filter to exclude archived files from the TAE Evidence section. Thank you!
