Improve calendar integration to prevent event cancellations

The integration between aXcelerate and outlook needs an update to prevent event cancellations.

When a workshop is updated, even just to add a new facilitator, the whole event in outlook is cancelled and a new event needs to be created. This is a major frustration in our business as we use outlook to communicate event attendnace for our work-based training programs.

As soon as we make updates like: times, change facilitators, add facilitators, updated locations the whole event cancels instead of just updating. Seems like this should be standard functionality, however I'm told this expected behaviour. 

Not sure why aXcelerate would have such a significant design flaw in this integration.

Please resolve ASAP!
