Visability if another assessor is marking an assessment - avoiding doubleups

The ability to see if another assessor is currently in progress of marking an assessment. 

Our assessors cannot see if another assessor is marking a students work until it is too late. This results in wasted time and work (costly), as they have doubled up on the marking of one students assessment.
