Scheduling Workshops to an external calendar

Hi there

When linking (i.e. scheduling) a workshop into an external calendar, it would make sense/be very helpful to have:

1. the Workshop ID in the appointment title.
2. the session number if it is a multi-day workshop (eg Day 3 of 5) and Trainer Name in the body of the appointment
3. the full location imported into the appointment location field of the appointment (not just the delivery location label)

Sometimes we have different meeting rooms, trainers or attendees for different sessions of the same principal course, so this information is handy.  We run various overlapping courses so it is essential for us to be able to easily/quickly differentiate between the sessions at a snapshot/high level.
