Change "Unsatisfactory" to "Not yet satisfactory"

    my understanding is that 'not yet ' suggests that the student WILL become satisfactory eventually, which is misleading to the student. In reality, they are either satisfactory or unsatisfactory - they may or may not have the opportunity to be reassessed. 

    This came up at our last audit
