Updated NSW Training Plan template

aXcelerate has previously supplied templates for the NSW training plans, but I've been told each RTO is responsible for creating the new version required for the 1st of May deadline.

It's been super helpful to have these templates created by aXcelerate since they are the experts at using the template builder. 

Perhaps if enough RTOs require the updated template, aXcelerate could reconsider providing this service again.
