Workshops - Bulk contact note - EXCLUDE CANCELLED STUNDETS

If you use the bulk contact note on the workshop - and click all students - it currently includes all student linked to the workshops - even the cancelled students. Otherwise you have to manually select all students. 

Please remove the cancelled student from the select all button.
