Being able to view results for each item in an assessment over a period of time can provide valuable insights into specific areas where learners may need additional support or where the assessment itself might require adjustments. Reporting for validation.

  I agree! I know currently we are able to create a results report for an assessment for an assessment within an instance, however we have assessments that cover multiple instances (e.g. a first aid quiz that is attached to many classes/workshops) so we really need a way to be able to create a report that covers all instances and shows what questions students are getting incorrectly as this is extremely valuable for continuous improvement/validation. Thanks :)

  This would be a great help, currently to compare the performance of an assessment over multiple cohorts is very manual. I would like to be able to use a report to ascertain common problem questions, and also compare cohorts (eg; if one location or trainer's classes seem to struggle with a particular question, that's an interesting indicator).
