Provide an option for unit outcomes to auto-update based on learning plan even if there is still workshop dates to attend

We deliver courses where students will complete their units progressively during the workshop, meaning they might finish 1 unit on day 5, another on day 6 and then on day 8 etc.

aXcelerate does not allow the unit outcome to auto-update when all assessment items are completed because it considers that since there are still days left in the workshop to attend the unit is not complete.

We want the option to choose which courses this setting applies to so that unit competencies will be correctly reflected in the system based on linked assessments we have mapped and set up in learning plans.

 

Example below of units that should be competent but the system deems that they are not complete because there are still days remaining in the linked workshop.

  As part of the most recent release, we have added the ability to ignore future-dated Workshops when the unit completion logic is checked at the end of a Learning Plan.
