Display qualification (course) name with stream name in all areas where qualification selection is required

Where a qualification (course) has an associated stream name, can the stream name please be added to the qualification name to allow us to differentiate one qualification from another.

An example where this causes a problem is filtering learning plans by qualification, as seen in the below image.  If we search by Diploma of Fire Systems Design, there are four separate qualifications, each of which is a different stream and has different units.  As such, there is a different learning plan for each qualification.

However, when trying to search, we have to guess, which of the four displayed qualifications are the one we want to filter by.

The same issue appears in multiple other parts of the system, such as for cohorts .
