Resulting credit transfers prompts "cancel or remove related activities" pop-up

Currently, resulting units as "withdrawn" prompts a pop-up that enables bulk cancellation of related activites, including e-learning, assessments, and workshops. Would like this to also happen when marking units as credit transfers, as the student would also need to be enrolled in the related activies.
