Limit No of Public bookings extra items

For us it would be great to be able to limit the number of extra items in public bookings, i.e. we have a class of 6 students but only have a limited number - say 3 - specific items available for bookings.

Alternatively, it would be great to have the ability to remove extra items from a specific workshop booking.
