Allow Resources to be linked to a specific CLASS

In the resources library, it would be great if a resource could be linked to a specific class.

Currently, you can link it to a workshop, but if the students are online then there is no need for a workshop. 

Linking to a qualification doesn't allow you to have contextualised resources only available for a specific cohort, i.e. QLD vs WA students, or students from a specific employer.

Not having this option causes a few headaches for our students and staff.

  Agreed. Tailored groups to specific pathways or organisations can currently access any learner resources linked to a course. Causing student confusion and potentially downloading and completing projects that are not relevant to them.
