Make Assessment Version Numbers more clearly visible

It would be helpful if the version numbers of assessments were more visible and displayed on the assessment instance etc.

I was recently trying to identify why a student's assessment didn't transfer when their class enrolment was transferred and it took more digging than should have been necessary to identify it was due to differing assessment versions.

It would be great if the version number could be viewed on the Assessment Authoring Overview page.
