Implement scrolling on Section Overview (Assessments)

The Section Overview does not have a scroll function, which makes it really difficult to navigate - you have to use arrows to move through the text......

  Thank you for raising this. We have recorded this lack of functionality and will get it fixed up.

  Hi Michelle,

  This change has now gone live on Production and the section overview now grows as you add more content. You no longer need to use arrows to move through text.
