Assessment Marking - Jump to mark

Hi folks, 

When marking an assessment, we need to leave a mark on each Item in it. This means scrolling to the bottom of the item before clicking whatever result.

If we have assessment Items that are quite lengthy, it means scrolling through the item can take a moment, which compounds when individually marking a group of participants in a workshop. 

As not all items need be totally/thoroughly reviewed, having a button somewhere at the top of each item (or perhaps on the side panel next to each item) that skips directly to the marking section for that item would go a long way towards speeding up the marking process in certain situations.
