Add Filter to Remove Cancelled Courses From the Trainer Utilisation Report

add a 'course status' filter to the trainer utilisation report. In the current state, if a trainer is allocated to a course when it is cancelled, it still reflects on the utilisation report as a course. There is no way to remove or identify cancelled courses on the report.
