Workflow error notifications or reports
Workflows sounded great when we were being sold the platform, however they're consistently breaking and there is no error notification, no visibility on changes made - on our other LMS we have visibility on all changes made.
I have a lot of compliance and ue running through workflows. At the minimum, I'd like the ability to report on errors in workflows.
As it stands, the only way to be totally sure each workflow is working is to check if the desired result has been achieved (e.g. can you find a record of the email the workflow was meant to send). I just found out a workflow hasn't been working for months, while the history is showing completions with no errors as recent as today.
There is no alternative to workflows in this system. If aX are unable to offer a reliable function, they could at least give the ability to receive notification so we are able to fix the inevitable errors.

I'm open to better ideas but this is one thing that we've done to get a notification when the automation fails.
Basically if step one is successful it stops. If step one fails it sends an email notification letting us know that step 1 failed. We then look at it in detail to identify what went wrong. The email doesn't tell us what went wrong but at least we're being notified.
