Global Account creation trigger - LIVE reports

back in 2023 a filter for Global Account creation was developed but only via warehoused reports. 

We really want to have a workflow that we can use to formally "welcome" the student instantly with an email that would contain the authentication method and updated login link. This would serve as a reminder of how they created the portal etc. I understand that they are directed to the Learner Portal upon creation but we find that often students then quickly forget what they used - email , mobile , google apple etc

  Hi Adrian & Helen

  This functionality already exists within the system. The dynamic fields are:

  • [User Login Access Link] - this field becomes the User invitation URL
  • [User Login Access Link Text] - this field displays the authentication option selected for that student, if have already set up their Global Account. For new students, "Create your aXcelerate account" is seen.

  The best way to use these fields is to hyperlink [User Login Access Link] behind [User Login Access Link Text], like this: [User Login Access Link Text].

  That's a really interesting idea - which report is the global account creation filter in?

  Thanks Wes we've been using those filters for agers - what I'm after is a trigger that will send these details upon creation of the Global Account.....automatically. We can send these details via workflow as required but as yet there isn't a trigger that acts on the actual creation of the account.
