Observation checklists

    Hi Laura,

I agree that it would be handy for students to see Observation Items, but not be required to do anything with them (Ticking Items visible to learners and unticking Students can complete should do the trick, but it doesn't). The logic is pretty much that if the student can see it (except for Content), they have to interact with it.

As a workaround, I usually fully build the Observation Checklist and then include all the items as bullet points in the Overview. That way they can see what they are being assessed against, but no input is required.

    Cheers,
    Michael

    Hi Michael,

Glad I am not the only one! We have been persisting and putting up with it, but the work around that assessment writers currently have to do to manage this just seems so unnecessary. We have a similar workaround but it just looks so messy and difficult for a student for a student to understand.

Seems like it could be such a simple fix that could save everyone a lot of time :)

    Cheers,

    Laura
