Link sessions to individual UOC's or clusters

I am wondering if anyone has found a way to create a single workshop with multiple sessions that can be linked to individual units and/or clusters?

Example: in our SIT30622 Certificate III in Hospitality we have 7 subjects. We facilitate several sessions for each subject with sessions occuring once per month.

The timetable feature doesnt work as it has a weekly session pattern only.

When attemtpting to link a workshop to units, at present you can only link the workshop, not the sessions within it.

It would be great to be able to create a single workshop instance connected to the class that allows allocation of individual sessions to the units of competency. In this way you only need to manage a single workshop instance.

at present we are having to create indivudal workshops and connect this to the relevant unit/subjects.
