Hi Team,

It would be greatly beneficial if we could add images or hyperlinks in Room Set Up either under parking instructions or additional notes to add to our confirmation emails and templates.

We would use this feature to add a map of the venue so students can find the venue easily from a train station or from a car park.

  The ability to insert an image to be displayed would be incredibly useful!
