Certificate Verification Page to show issue or completion date

While, for a SOA, the online certificate verification will display an issue/completion date through the cert preview (assuming this field is included), it doesn't show it in the text confirmation bit. When a full qualification is issued, though, it does.

I think it would be wise just to also include a text field confirming cert issue date or completion date just to assist with preventing fraudulent altered certificates.
